PVC Spring-Loaded Check Valve, Ø 50 mm, for Glue-On Installation

It prevents water from flowing backward into your Ø 50 mm PVC pipe.

This Cepex check valve allows water to flow in only one direction.
When the flow stops, the spring closes the valve and prevents backflow.
The body is made of PVC-U (rigid PVC), and sealing is ensured by EPDM O-rings.
It is glued directly onto a Ø 50 mm pressure PVC pipe on both ends (female-female).
Nominal pressure PN 16, total length 162 mm.

How does it work?

Water flowing in the correct direction pushes the valve open and flows freely.
As soon as the flow stops, the spring returns the valve to its seat.
Water can then no longer flow backward into the pipe.
