PVC Spring-Loaded Check Valve, Ø 63 mm, for Glue-On Installation

It prevents water from flowing backward in your Ø 63 mm PVC pipe.

This Cepex check valve allows water to flow in only one direction.
When the flow stops, the spring closes the valve and prevents backflow.
The body is made of PVC-U (rigid PVC), and sealing is ensured by EPDM O-rings.
On both sides, the Ø 63 mm pressure PVC pipe is glued to the inside of the valve end cap.
Nominal pressure PN 16, total length 175 mm.

How does it work?

Water flowing in the correct direction pushes the check valve open and flows freely.
As soon as the flow stops, the spring returns the check valve to its seat.
Water can then no longer flow backward through the pipe.
