Francodex Vitamin C is a liquid dietary supplement. Add it to drinking water using the measuring cup provided: 5 ml per liter of water, every day.
According to Francodex, this dose covers 3/4 of an adult guinea pig’s daily needs. 250-ml bottle.

Why give vitamin C to guinea pigs?
Guinea pigs cannot synthesize vitamin C. An adult guinea pig’s daily requirement is 20 mg per kg of body weight. According to Francodex, this requirement triples (to 60 mg per kg) during pregnancy, lactation, or recovery.
The liquid formula mixes into drinking water: guinea pigs take it without stress, and dosing is easy.
Directions for Use
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Maintenance: 5 ml per liter of drinking water, using the measuring cup. Replace daily.
- Convalescence: 15 ml per liter of water for 10 days.
- Pregnancy and lactation: 15 ml per liter of water throughout the entire period.
Ingredients
Water, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium phosphate. Additives per kg: vitamin C 27,761 mg, flavoring, preservatives.
Storage
Use within 10 weeks after opening. After 10 weeks, double the dose, but do not exceed 6 months after opening. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from light.
