Dreaming of a real swimming pool – sturdy and sized to fit your garden – without the budget of a concrete pool? Jardiboutique, based in Marciac in the Gers, offers a steel pool kit designed and manufactured just a few kilometres from our shop.
A pool made to measure, to the nearest metre
No fixed sizes: the structure is built in 1-metre increments, in both length and width. A 4 × 2 m pool for a small garden, a 7 × 3 m pool for swimming, or any other size on request. The pool is 1.30 m deep.
The same kit can be installed above ground on a concrete slab, or in-ground. The panels are made of 3 mm thick steel, with a steel coping built into the structure.
Strength tested in real-life conditions
On 16 March 2026, a pool was filled with water and then deliberately put under strain with a mechanical digger. The structure held, with no deformation and no leaks. Here is the unedited test video:
Everything you need to start swimming
- the steel structure: panels, braces, top rails, coping and stainless steel fixings;
- the made-to-measure liner (choice of colours) and its protective underlay;
- filtration: 6 to 8 m³/h filtration unit, skimmer, return inlet and filter glass media;
- complete plumbing, a 3-step stainless steel ladder and the electrical control box;
- a maintenance kit to get your season started.
Not included: the concrete slab, a plant room to house the filtration system, delivery and installation (you can assemble the kit yourself using the instructions).
Prices
The complete kit starts at €6,776 incl. VAT for a 3 × 2 m pool and goes up to €11,800 incl. VAT for a 7 × 3 m pool. Options are available: wide entry steps, heat pump and LED lighting.
How to order
The kits are not sold through our online shop: each pool is made to measure following a quote. All sizes, detailed prices, the strength test video and the quote request form can be found on our dedicated website for the made-to-measure steel pool kit. An adviser will go through your project with you: site, slab and delivery access.
Delivery to mainland France only (excluding islands), around 6 weeks after ordering – just enough time to prepare your slab.
