Jardiboutique mystery boxes for dogs › How does it work?
Toys, treats and little surprises: our mystery boxes are put together by hand in our shop in the Gers, in very small batches. Here is everything you need to know before treating your dog… or a friend's.

❓ What is a mystery box?
It is a surprise selection of toys and treats chosen by the jardiboutique team, put together by hand and carefully wrapped. You don't know what is inside: that is the whole idea. Your dog couldn't care less… what it will love most is opening the box.

Can we find out what is in the box?
No, it's a surprise! All we can tell you is that it contains at least 5 items, including toys, treats and little surprises.
Will next year's Halloween box be the same?
No. We keep a record of everything we put in our boxes: from one year to the next, a box with the same theme never reuses the same products. If you had the Halloween 2026 box, the 2027 one will be completely different.
How many boxes are available?
Very few: it is a small handmade run. Once sold out, the Halloween 2026 edition will not return.
How do I know if I already had a box?
Each box carries its theme and year (for example “Halloween 2026” or “Christmas 2026”). An edition may occasionally be put back on sale unchanged for those who missed it: if you already have it, wait for the following year's edition, which will be entirely new.
Where can I buy it?
In our shop in Marciac and on jardiboutique.com. Delivery in France and across Europe.
Can it be returned?
As with any online purchase, you benefit from a right of withdrawal. Full details are set out in our returns and withdrawal conditions.
