Route of administration: Hand-held spray gun for external use only. Gun sprays 3 mL (500 mL presentation).
Dosage: To moisten the coat down to the skin, apply 3 to 6 mL per kg bodyweight (i.e. 7.5 to 15 mg fipronil per kg bodyweight), depending on hair length.
This dosage can be achieved by a further 1 to 2 sprays of the 500 mL presentation.
Method of administration:
1) For 250 and 500 mL presentations, place the spray gun tip in the spray position.
2) Spray the product all over the animal's coat from a distance of approx. 10-20 cm. Apply in the opposite direction to hair growth, ensuring that the entire coat is moistened.
3) Massage the coat, especially on long-haired animals, to ensure that the product penetrates all the way to the skin. For treatment of the area around the head, or to treat young or nervous animals, application can be made by first spraying the product onto a glove and then rubbing the glove into the coat.
4) Allow to air dry. Do not use a towel to dry the animal.
